Personal Leadership starts with learning to be open-minded. But we humans are not open-minded at all, because we are full of experiences, memories, thoughts, emotions and judgements. A whole cacophony is going on inside us. So the journey to open mindedness starts with learning to recognise patterns in this cacophony. First within yourself. Because in order to make chocolate out of others, you will first have to understand yourself.
