Cathalijne is an associate with the Changery. She holds an executive master’s degree in Consulting for Change from INSEAD Business School. Her impressive career includes fifteen years with Unilever in various leadership roles. She also has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in several countries across the world. Her specialist expertise is change management for multicultural teams. She helps people to realize that diversity is not an obstacle but a strength.

Cath helps teams develop a high performance culture. Even if everyone speaks a different language, there is one common language that everyone understands: the language of the heart. One of her most exciting adventures has been coaching the next generation of female leaders in South Africa.
