WHAT WE DO

After years of change experience in consultancy and corporates, we saw the light: change needs a different approach. Organisations can’t be changed in a ‘cold’ way. It requires love, care and openness. And often a fight or two. So get out of your comfort zone and seek the adventure! The Changery is a boutique consultancy specialised in the human side of change. With our expertise in both behaviour change and leadership, we support leadership teams in managing change processes and coach teams, leaders and professionals.

Leadership development
Most leaders know themselves pretty well. But knowing thyself doesn’t automatically mean it is easy to change some of your tough patterns. In order to make more impact as a leader and a human being, breaking with the old way of doing things requires the ability to look at your glasses, not through them.
Change
The key to successful lasting change is a shared acceptance and understanding of what needs to be done. In our change approach we help bringing together great ideas by working side by side with the top team, middle management and work floor. In a structured, incremental process, new strategies and operating model are translated in improved, cohesive ways of working.
Team development
We believe in strong, inclusive teams. Teams that go for growing the business and take care of each other. Our sessions are structured in such a way that the results of the sessions will benefit the team dynamics as well as the business decisions that have to be made.
Personal Coaching
We won’t tell you what to do, but we will guide you in finding your own path and breaking through your own barriers and limiting beliefs. Our coaching style is known for being personal, dedicated, challenging, witty and respectful.
