WHAT WE DO

Most strategies can be trashed, most organisations have to adjust their plans as a result of the Corona crisis: redundancies, restructuring, a completely changed market demand. And guide their people in how to deal with this new reality: this usually does not happen by itself especially when the changes hurt.

The feeling of crisis, - panic, solidity, euphoria, new opportunities, gives way to a new reality: a lasting feeling of uncertainty about the future and.... working from home. New post-crisis leadership is needed, but this book has to be written. And there is no other option than for organisations than to do this themselves. One thing is certain: this will change everything, the culture, confidence in management and in the future.

Years of change experience taught us change needs a different approach. Organisations and people can not be changed in a 'cold' way. It requires people to connect as humans. Powered by empathy and an open mind we help people in organisations to increase self-awareness and to speak their minds truthfully, in order to release human energy and talent. Our approach works like a strong antidote for conflict and negativity and as an accelerator for decision making and strong business results.

The Changery is a boutique consultancy specialised in the psychology of change. From our head office in Amsterdam we work with clients around the world. With expertise in both behaviour change and leadership, we support management teams in organisational change processes, we coach multi-cultural teams, leaders and professionals and we connect people at all levels of an organisation.

Team development
We believe in strong, inclusive teams. Teams that go for growing the business and take care of each other. Our sessions are structured in such a way that the results of the sessions will benefit the team dynamics as well as the business decisions that have to be made.
Change
The key to successful lasting change is a shared acceptance and understanding of what needs to be done. In our change approach we help bringing together great ideas by working side by side with the top team, middle management and work floor. In a structured, incremental process, new strategies and operating model are translated in improved, cohesive ways of working.
Leadership development
Most leaders know themselves pretty well. But knowing thyself doesn’t automatically mean it is easy to change some of your tough patterns. In order to make more impact as a leader and a human being, breaking with the old way of doing things requires the ability to look at your glasses, not through them.
Personal Coaching
We won’t tell you what to do, but we will guide you in finding your own path and breaking through your own barriers and limiting beliefs. Our coaching style is known for being personal, dedicated, challenging, witty and respectful.
